Can Do Walk & 5K

The Can Do Walk, and now 5K Run, is the primary fundraising event for the Can Do 4:13 Scholarship Fund. All proceeds go directly to the kids scholarships.

Jennifer, Can Do Founder, is pleased to report that the results for the 5th annual Can Do Walk and 5k were about the same as 2006 results, even on a holiday weekend. Thanks to the over 30 volunteers we had to help organize another safe and successful fund raiser for the Can Do Kids.

We now have $200,000 raised for the Can Do Scholarship Fund because of all the contributions over the last two years.  We have 30 individuals who've signed up to be Can Doers, who are very giving people who will fully fund one $1,000 Can Do Scholarship by making nine $111 annual payments.  We also have a quarterly plan for those who want to pay $28/quarter, and again, fully fund a $1,000 Can Do Scholarship.
